"Come and take a look at my house to see what your really selling here, in my experience Regency Home Builders are as dishonest as they come. I've invited Donna to see this but she has yet to show up. Our once beautiful home is crumbling beneath our feet and Regency is more concerned about saving money than fixing it right."

"Eddie produced a market study for our home and gave us a price range we could expect. Our home sold in 12 days in the range he gave us. We were very impressed with marketing package that was done on the internet. Both photos and and a home tour video were produced that showed our home in a very impressive manner. Before someone showed up at the house they knew exactly what they could expect to see. His associate Michael walked us through the contract and closing process such that everything was handled professionally. Would not hesitate to use Eddie and Michael again."
